Summary: After the defeat of [SPOILER], John's life is starting to return to normalcy. He’s moving back into Baker Street with Rosie, seeing a new therapist at Mycroft’’s behest, and trying to repair his friendship Sherlock. However, his world is turned upside down yet again when a stranger arrives at his doorstep claiming to be Mary’s long lost sister with the evidence to prove it. Meanwhile, Sherlock unexpectedly invites Irene Adler back into their lives.
Amidst this chaos, John starts uncovering truths that he never intended to pry into, some of which may change his relationship with Sherlock forever. He finds themselves at the center of a conspiracy involving his late wife’s secret former life. John realizes that he and Sherlock may have made too many enemies and buried too many bodies to get to live happily ever after…
