Characters/Pairings: Dick Gumshoe/Franziska von Karma
Rating & Warnings: E/NC-17. The final chapter is a consensual sex scene, with Gumshoe taking the leading, more active role. Takes place during an unspecified time in the second game (Justice For All) while Franziska is Gumshoe's boss, so there's some abuse of authority/power dynamics at play, as well as their canon age difference. If you me know your specific or potential triggers/squicks, I can double-check.
Estimated Fic Length: Maybe 5k? I'm 2k into the chapter right now, but haven't actually gotten to the sex part, so. Overall, I don't anticipate the total fic length being even 10k in total.
Notes: The first ~4k is already posted up on AO3, and I've gotten myself into a bit of a jam. I could really use someone to talk to about how the final scene should unfold, and then just some general hand-holding and cheerleading so I can finally mark this project complete. Also, because of how long it's been a WIP, I need a second set of eyes to make sure it's all written in the same voice/style so that you can't tell which scenes were written this year and which have been sitting in a drawer since 2019.
I don't think you need that much canon knowledge because it's a PWP and not casefic, but a solid handle on the characters to check for IC is required. Because I am struggling with writing resolutions that don't suck, you will need to be familiar with what has already happened in the fic and how things progressed to this point to see if that's paying off (though you won't need to beta previously posted chapters).
I really want to finish this fic, but I don't think I can without help. Thanks.
